In the spring of 2008, during a bass tournament, I experienced a series of frustrations that would ultimately lead to the founding of Real Fish Bait. Casting my brand-new swimbait, I watched in dismay as the line snapped, sending my expensive lure flying across the lake. This scenario repeated itself immediately after, compounding my disappointment and prompting a realization: expensive baits were becoming an unsustainable cost due to frequent losses. This sparked the idea to create high-quality, affordable alternatives and share those savings with fellow anglers.

OUR JOURNEY:

In August 2008, I embarked on the journey of Real Fish Bait. While always interested in bait design, the transition from concept to production proved daunting. A year of intensive research and development followed, culminating in the creation of our first prototype by late 2009. Since then, our product line has expanded significantly, offering over 200 styles and color patterns, including the popular 7" RF Glider Series.
